We’ve Been Shortlisted For Best Recruitment Agency Marketing Team!

We are delighted to announce that CSP Recruitment has been shortlisted for the Best Recruitment Agency Marketing Team at the upcoming Recruiter Awards 2022. We are so proud of every one of our team who produce such amazing work on a daily basis. We may be a little biased here, but we really do think that we have one of the strongest and most committed marketing teams in recruitment. We speak your language

A large percentage of people who work in the industrial sector are from outside the UK. And in the majority of cases, English isn’t their first language. In fact, there were 5.9 million employed people in the UK, were born outside the UK. At CSP, we wanted to make sure that our offering was inclusive. We wanted to make sure that we could reach those who were more confident communicating in their own language. That’s why, as part of our inclusivity strategy, we’re about to speak to candidates in as many as 18 different languages.

We have Facebook pages dedicated to all of these languages. Potential candidates are able to see job adverts in their own language. They are also able to communicate directly with our team. We believe that by offering this service to people looking to secure work in the UK, that we are able to attract the candidates that most other agencies can’t.

Maybe that’s why we get such great feedback from our clients –

Prior to engaging with CSP, we were experiencing problems with fulfilment and retention from our supplier. These issues were starting to have a negative impact on our productivity. Working with CSP has enabled us to keep up with current demand and continue to supply our customers at expected levels. CSP took time to really understand our business, the challenges, and our staffing needs. Rather than a blanket approach, CSP created a bespoke attraction and retention strategy, specifically addressing our needs. Due to their unique approach to targeting potential candidates, we have diversified our workforce and increased our productivity. What are the Recruiter Awards?

The Recruiter Awards were established in 2002. It’s the UK’s largest event for the entire recruitment community. It recognises outstanding achievements by agencies and in-house recruitment teams. We are thrilled to be shortlisted by such a prestigious event and look forward to the awards in September.
