We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team.

Position: Production Operatives

Location: Whitchurch, Shropshire SY13

Pay Rate: Starting from £12.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: 7:15 am – 6:30 pm, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Rota: 4-day rota with a 4-day weekend every 5 weeks!

Overtime: Available

Transport: Free transport from Whitchurch

Job Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Work on various production lines to prepare and pack raw poultry products.
• Collaborate with team members while also being capable of working independently.
• Maintain excellent timekeeping and communication skills to meet production deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

Requirements:

• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Ideally, a Level 2 in basic food hygiene, or willingness to undergo training to obtain this certification after 12 weeks of continuous employment.
