Production Line Controller

We are seeking a Production Line Controller to join our team in overseeing food production processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain efficient production operations.

Duties:

• Coordinate and monitor food production activities to meet quality and quantity targets
• Implement and enforce food safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimise downtime
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed

Skills:

• Proficient in food production processes and standards
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols, including HACCP principles
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Strong English and math skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT.

Experience: Previous experience in QA, Line leadership, Line control, or management is required. Training will be provided, offering opportunities for career growth.

Here are the details:

• Shift: 5 days out of 7
• Pay Rate: £11.77ph to start with, £13.77ph after 3 months if the candidates will successful pass the probation period.
