CSP Recruitment is currently seeking skilled operatives for food production positions near Barnsley. Join our dynamic and growing client and be a part of the production/assembly line in a food production company.
🌟 Immediate start
🌟 Temp to perm basis
🌟 Permanent contract after 12 weeks for the right candidates.
Various shift patterns available:
✅ AM 6-2pm (4 on 2 off)
✅ Nights 7pm until 5am (4 out of 7 days)
✅ Skilled days – £13.77ph for 35 hours + OT £17.21ph
✅ Skilled nights – £14.57ph for 35 hours + OT £18.21ph
Responsibilities include:
✅ Managing day-to-day specific area issues
✅ Pre-start safety checks on machinery
✅ Producing products as per running order
✅ Ensuring production standards are met
✅ Completing necessary paperwork
Requirements:
✅ Experience in the food industry (preferably chilled food manufacture)
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
