Here’s the deal: these positions are initially temporary, but if you successfully complete a 3-month trial period, you’ll be offered a permanent contract! 💼
As a Tray Wash Operative, you’ll be responsible for some cool tasks like preparing plastic trays for re-use, loading and unloading them onto a conveyor belt, sorting, palletising stock for dispatch, and working together with an awesome team to meet daily targets. 🔄
The shifts are flexible, with options like 6-14, 14-22 on a rotating schedule, and for the night owls, there’s a permanent shift from 22-6! Plus, the hourly rates are pretty sweet too – starting at £11.44ph and £13.17ph for the permanent night shift! 💰
If you have some experience in a warehousing or distribution environment, that’s fantastic! But don’t worry if you don’t, because full training will be provided. 📚
