CSP Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the goods in and out process, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
The position requires previous experience in warehouse administration and offers a Sunday to Friday, 10pm to 6am schedule.
The pay rate for this position is £13.68 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the goods in and out process, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments, as well as preparing and dispatching outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to schedule deliveries and resolve any shipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage space and maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and software to track inventory, generate reports, and facilitate efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse administration is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, suppliers, and carriers.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehousing and logistics.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
