The Situation

Our client is a well-know food manufacturing operation based in the Midlands. They were experiencing poor financial results. And as a result, were failing to attract enough people to work for them. In addition, they had quite major staff retention problems. And this resulted in low productivity and very low staff morale.

The Challenge for the Food Manufacturing Client

Their initial challenge was to improve the attraction and retention of staff. This was to cover both temporary and permanent positions. In addition, they also needed to increase productivity of their workforce. Therefore resulting in an improvement in financial performance.
