CSP are delighted to be recruiting for talented individuals to become part of the family at one of the world’s largest and most established fresh produce providers based in Spalding.

 

These are permanent positions with an immediate start date.

The company requires Administrator to be a chain in the link within the existing workforce and be part of the Zone leadership team alongside an Area Leader, Machine Technician and Quality Controller

 

  • The working shift pattern is Monday to Friday 4pm to 10pm
  • The pay rate is £12.34 ph

This is a critical role, ensuring the area complies to all customer, legal and company processes: requiring organisation, an agile mind and the ability to coordinate information and people in a fast-moving environment.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Compliance to customer specified process
  • Auditable paperwork completion – labels etc.
  • Tasks include: Labels (Primarily QC’s), production paperwork and systems work completion, target board etc.
  • Co-ordination, hand in hand with the Area leader, of production metrics such as man hours and outputs
  • Systems knowledge and use: working with daily and involved in future improvements and new upgrades.
  • Flexibility to re act to real life changes through raw material or demand plan.
  • Liaison with customers on new products and any specification escalation.
  • Communication with peers (Including other zones/ areas)
  • Ability to interpret schedule and execute production plan: key stakeholder being print room and Site Scheduler.

Required experience/knowledge:

  • You will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Literate and numerically capable, this person will handle and consolidate a lot of information and data and a key member of the zone.
  • Ideally have a basic knowledge or understanding of Navision
  • Solid IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Person specification:

  • Be able to work closely and form a strong working relationship with the other team members in your Zone
  • This is a development role, where individuals will have opportunity to develop in areas of Operations and scheduling.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail, be motivated to learn and determined to succeed
